This week has been really hectic for me. There were 2 applications to be fully developed by end of this month and i have managed to get 1 of it done by today. I love to be totally busy with work so i could prevent bad emotions from arising in my mind. (Perhaps, this is the only way to move on from something that makes me feel so bad about myself).
Yesterday was totally insane. I wasn't sleeping at all. I was meditating on the mission to finish my work before flying off to somewhere to take a long holiday before new year. And thank God, I did it. The second reason why i didn't sleep is because I'm so into the statement of envisioning a new paradigm..
"Lack of sleep is one of the seven habits of highly effective people!" (which is nonsense). #lulz
When i was getting ready for presentation this morning, i looked into the mirror as i could see my skin looks terrible. Did you know that, if you don't get enough sleep you'll deprive your brain, body, and skin of nourishment.? Your skin becomes imbalanced, which leads to a dehydrated complexion, redness, and breakouts. Then, you'll get dark circles as to be cute we call it Panda Eyes. Hmm isn't that cute to have eyes like panda? No?
So, after I have finished my work today, i drove back home and hopping for a very good sleep later. Unfortunately, I'm not a day sleeper. So it'll be difficult for me. Reached home, sat on my sofa and I felt like overwhelmingly tired. Playing with my phone til' my vision went blurry, and I fell asleep for 2 hours. I didn't realize that i could sleep while sitting up. Never had experienced before. #lulz. I'm totally gifted. Well actually, it hurts my neck pretty bad til now. :(
